Here at WTS we are taking the Coronavirus pandemic extremely seriously. Keeping our customers, staff and colleagues safe is above all our absolute priority.

Will your engineers be wearing protective PPE?

Yes, all our engineers are fully equipped with full PPE, clothing and face masks.

Will your engineers respect the 2M social distancing rule?

Yes, our engineers will keep 2m from our customers and ask that our customers kindly do the same. Our aim is to keep everyone safe whilst we resolve your plumbing issues.

Are your tools and Equipment Clean?

Our engineers will ensure their used tools are cleaned after every visit meaning they are ready for the next onsite visit.

What if your engineer has symptoms?

If an engineer is showing symptoms, they will not be working and we will send an engineer that is 100% fit and well.

Can you book an engineer if we are isolating?
